A doula who shows up fully for you

I became a birth doula because I believe every woman deserves to feel held, informed, and confident through one of the most transformative experiences of her life. Birth is not just physical. It's emotional, spiritual, and deeply personal.

Based in Davis County, I serve families throughout Northern Utah with a faith-forward approach rooted in warmth and genuine care. Whether your birth is medicated or unmedicated, in a hospital or at home, I will be in your corner from the first contraction through your first moments as a family.

My services are HSA and FSA eligible. Custom packages are also available for families with unique needs. No two births are the same, and neither is my support.

With the Standard and Full Support packages, your postpartum visit includes a thoughtfully assembled recovery basket delivered right to you, along with a homemade meal. Every item is chosen with your healing in mind.

During the visit itself, you choose what you need most. Past clients have valued light cleaning, newborn care, breastfeeding support, meal prep, and postpartum rituals. Every visit is tailored entirely to you.

What to Expect

How it works

Sign & Deposit
50% deposit due at signing secures your due date. Support begins right away. Prenatal visits are scheduled and on-call availability begins.

Prenatal Visits
1–2 hour sessions to discuss your birth preferences, concerns, and birth plan. Ongoing phone and text support throughout your entire pregnancy.

Labor & Birth
Call (not text) when labor begins. Bailee arrives within 2 hours and stays throughout. Emotional and physical support, partner coaching, and prayer if requested.

Postpartum Visit
Scheduled within 14 days of birth. You choose what you need most. Past clients have valued things like light cleaning, newborn care, breastfeeding support, and meal prep.

Answers before you ask

What exactly does a doula do?+
A doula provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and birth. I do not perform clinical tasks or give medical advice. My role is comfort, advocacy, and helping you feel informed and supported through every stage.
What areas do you serve?+
I serve Utah, Salt Lake, Davis, and Weber Counties including Bountiful, Layton, Ogden, South Weber, and surrounding communities. Reach out if you're outside this area and we can discuss options.
Can my partner be involved?+
Absolutely. I actively encourage and support partner involvement. I provide coaching and guidance so your partner feels confident and connected throughout the experience, never replaced by me.
Are your services HSA or FSA eligible?+
Many clients successfully use HSA and FSA funds for doula services, as they may qualify as obstetric care under IRS Publication 502. However, reimbursement is not guaranteed and every plan is different. Before booking, please contact your plan administrator to confirm your specific plan covers doula services. I provide a compliant itemized receipt with all required information to support your submission.
What if my birth doesn't go as planned?+
Birth is unpredictable, and I am trained to support you through any path it takes, including unplanned Cesareans, inductions, and transfers. My presence and support do not change regardless of how your birth unfolds.
When do you go on call for me?+
I go on call beginning at 36 weeks. From that point forward, you call (not text) me when labor begins and I aim to arrive within 2 hours. The remaining balance on your package is due at 36 weeks as well.
Do you offer payment plans?+
A 50% deposit is due at signing to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due at 36 weeks. If you have specific financial needs, please reach out and we can discuss what works. Custom packages are also available.
Is faith-based support available?+
Yes, if requested. I offer prayer and faith-forward support for families who want it. This is always optional and entirely led by your preferences.
